LinksKeeper Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the LinksKeeper application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

Use of the Application

LinksKeeper grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on your devices in accordance with these Terms. This license does not allow you to:

• Modify, disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute or sublicense the App
• Copy, duplicate, or otherwise reproduce the App for any purpose
• Use the App in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation

User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create, save, or share using the App ("User Content"). By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have necessary permissions for any User Content you save in the App
• Your User Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, intellectual property rights, or any other rights of any person or entity

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of storing, sharing, or publishing it within the App.

Intellectual Property

The App, including but not limited to its source code, graphics, logos, and user interface, is owned by LinksKeeper and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall LinksKeeper be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages relating to your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the App
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the App

These limitations apply whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if LinksKeeper has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

Warranty Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. LinksKeeper does not warrant that:

• The App will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results of using the App will meet your requirements

Changes to the App

LinksKeeper reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App or any features or portions thereof without prior notice. You agree that LinksKeeper will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App or any part thereof.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be on this page. By continuing to access or use the App after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please stop using the App.
